Had a little hiccup with cash charges during check-in, which drained my wallet faster than a po' boy in a hunger pang! Also, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired in the bathroom, a real bummer.

The location was convenient and offered a great park-and-cruise package with free parking during our trip. The room was spacious, featuring a large TV and a fun layout with curved walls. However, the microwave placement was awkwardly lower, making it hard for older guests to use, and breakfast options were quite limited with a lackluster serving style. Additionally, the bathroom design was cramped, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel was conveniently located for our family trip, and we appreciated the extended parking option while we cruised, which saved us quite a bit. The shuttle service to the port provided by Shay was an awesome bonus and made our travel stress-free.

I really enjoyed my stay here! We loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and making use of the BBQ facilities. The only thing that could be improved is the parking situation, but it didn’t really take away from our fun experience. 😊

Had a solid time here! The location is pretty convenient, and Kia really made my day with her awesome service. The room was nice and clean, and the wi-fi was super fast, which was a lifesaver. Just wish there were more dining options on-site, but the nearby places were fine. Oh, also, parking wasn't included despite being told it was.

The coffee machine in my room didn’t work, which was a letdown, especially in the morning when I needed that caffeine. Additionally, some areas presented a mild odor, reminiscent of damp carpeting, which affected the overall comfort of the experience. I also noticed the shower had minor issues, which could have been resolved with better maintenance. While I enjoyed my time, a few tweaks would really enhance future stays.

Overall, my wife and I had a good experience. The staff was awesome. Chelsea at the restaurant was phenomenal, handling everything solo but still made my dinner enjoyable and personal. Kia at the front desk was very helpful, she honored my request for a city view room, which really made our stay special.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Mardi Gras World and the gorgeous St Joseph Church and Gardens, making my city strolls enjoyable and easy, allowing me to soak in the vibrant culture and views. the room was comfortable for a couple getaway, ideal for relaxing after a day out.
